Disney plus.

I’m doing something wrong. I’ve downloaded all mentioned and when I click on it, it says app not installed. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks to this forum, I can get the Disney plus installed just fine on all of my android boxes, but I'm having audio issues. Video will play but with no sound. When I go to the in-video audio settings, it is set to English but no sound. If I choose audio description, I get sound but with audio description (not desirable). If I download the video I want to watch, I get sound. Even if I start to download the video then pause the download right away, I still get sound for the entire video. I've played extensively with the boxes audio settings, as well as the tv's. I have different boxes and different Tv's but all have the same issue. Any help would be hugely appreciated!!!
 
What do you think would make the audio work when english(audio description) is selected and not regular english? Same for when a download is started, audio works fine (even if download is not complete) but if you remove the download, No audio again.
 
Hmmm... I'm not sure what to tell you I haven't experienced this issue. Maybe D+ is having server issues or your bandwidth isn't up to the task?
Hard wired getting almost 100MBPS no packet loss. Works fine on my phone with the Google play Disney app
 
Another thing I just came across, not sure what it means. If I change the setting on my box to "always" for surround sound, video will load but not play. If I change it to audio description, the video plays but no sound. I do not have surround sound, just the box connected to tv via HDMI cable.
