Disney plus.

Can't really contact Disney for technical support on a device they don't offer support for
That makes more sense than asking here... You clearly mention that you're experiencing this on all devices, not just a Minix device.

Don't get me wrong, I want to help. I'm just not sure you're going to find the help you need here. The problem you're experiencing is app related.

Yes I agree and I do appreciate the help. Never does hurt to ask though. If even one person has come across this and has a solution, it's worth it.

I've been following this for awhile now and still I'm having problems. So I'm just going to ask. I followed the steps above and downloaded the 3 files. Every time I open sai it never finds the 3 files I downloaded. What I'm I doing wrong? Thanks in advance

I picked up a t5 the other day for my son. Works good. Now I have two daughters who have a u1 and a u9 that I think I'm going to replace

What method worked for you ?
The biggest problem I had was getting the spilt file program to find the 3 Disney files. I had to put them on a sub stick then copy and paste them into a place that the file could find. Once I did that, it worked.

OK. I got some good news and some bad news.

Bad news, it's not available via the playstore for some reason and straight sideloading it doesn't work. It just doesn't install.

Good news, I got it installed on the T5 and it's working fine, but the process is a little more tricky. It does work though. It may work the U1 as well.

Go to https://apk.support/download-app/com.disney.disneyplus

Set device to TV, android to 9.0 and click generate download link.
Download the three apks that were generated
(base and two config apks).
Note: You will most likely need to change the settings for the U1. Set device to Tablet, android to 5.1 and click generate download link.

Now download SAI (Split Apk Installer) and install it.
https://apk.support/download-app/com.aefyr.sai/1569816000_vs-2.8

Open SAI, select install APKs and select the three apks you downloaded (base and two config apks).

Enjoy Disney+

Thank you! THANK YOU THANK YOU! Works perfectly!! You've saved Christmas for my sister and niece! Much love! Merry Christmas!

Same goes for me i tried to download it multiple times from different sources and it isn't working yet for me. There is a trick to it and luckily i got it working on my android via these recommended vpn for disney+ after changing your ip go to playstore and switch between your gmail account and you see the option to download it officially from the store itself. May be some people still have to use patched version until they made it official

Ok. I might be missing a step or something. I have a factory U1 box, nothing modified. I downloaded and unzipped the 3 apk files. Use sai and get, app not installed. So I was guessing that you have to install the app first before installing the apk files with sai. I tried to install the Disney+ but doesn't show up in the Google play store. Even tried to downloading the app from different websites and tells me that my equipment is not supported. This has me scratching my head ?. Where am I going wrong? Thanks for any help you can give.

It should work. I got it working on 3 devices that were deemed incompatible. The NEO T5, Xiaomi Pocophone and Xiaomi A2. All work using this method.
bro, i do have xiaomi pocophone as well & i try this SAI installation with these three base apks of disney plus.. please tell me what i need to do in order to make it work & proceed on installation.. it always says, app not installed even with permissions allowed

I didn't have to do anything special. I downloaded the 3 apks, and installed them all at once using SAI.

Make sure you are downloading the apks that are designed to work with your device.
Android = 9.0 (pick your Android version)
Device = Xiaomi Phones
Model = Redmi Note 7 (works on my pocophone)

Are you using a custom ROM. Works for me using stock miui and pixel experience.
