Below are the expected benchmark results for MINIX NEO U22-XJ based off 003A FW.
Please note, NEO U22-XJ's Clock Speed is 1.8GHz.
AnTuTu V8.3.3
Total Score = 120,158
CPU Score = 50,816
GPU Score = 15,915
MEM Score = 26,597
UX Score = 26,830
Geekbench 4
Single-Core Score = 1,240
Multi-Core Score = 3,388
RenderScript Score = 2,605
---
Last month, I posted a photo of NEO U22-XJ achieving a total score of 137,768 on AnTuTu V8.3.2.
Unknown to me at the time, this photo was taken by one of our engineers when the NEO U22-XJ was running an experimental 2.2GHz firmware.
So, this photo gave an unfair representation of NEO U22-XJ's performance when running 003 FW / 003A FW.
It was an honest mistake and miscommunication, my apologies for any confusion.

So why do we set NEO U22-XJ to 1.8GHz when it's possible to achieve higher results at 2.2GHz? The overwhelming reason is stability.
We opt for stability and overall performance of 1.8GHz over the gains of 2.2GHz.
While the benchmark scores are higher when running at 2.2GHz, we do not believe there is a noticeable benefit during normal daily usage.
Please note, NEO U22-XJ's Clock Speed is 1.8GHz.
