Given that the average size of a 4k movie torrent is around 100 Gigs, would my u9-h be considered inadequate at 2 gigs ram, and 16 gigs. rom?

To clarify, I don't stock/store movies. I stream. But even streaming requires space. particularily torrents. I also understand that the u9 ports at 2.0 hdmi. A 2.0 hdmi cable is good for about 18 to 20 gigs per second. U9-h can play this kind of files easily.
I assume you are referring to streaming via Kodi so I would say you could get away with it, don't hold me to it though. Kodi manages torrents in the same way it would a direct file linkBut even streaming requires space. particularily torrents.
