Maybe a dumb question, but why is it advertised as aMacBook product? Will it not work on a PC? I tried mine on the missus laptop, and USB ports + card reader work fine. I didn't try HDMI and Ethernet.

UNIVERSAL COMPATIBILITY.
Designed to work with laptops and tablets that have at least one USB-C port, MINIX NEO C-G offers universal compatibility; supporting macOS, iPadOS and Windows 10 OS. Please note, it is important to verify your device supports display output, power input and data transfer via USB-C to ensure compatibility with the adapter.

Thanks, I figure out as much, I couldn't imagine it being incompatible with Windows. I just thought that the marketing material might be putting potential customers off since it seems to imply it's Apple compatible only:
"Unlock the full potential of your Apple MacBook"
"ensuring the MacBook is backwards compatible with all your USB accessories"
"install the necessary drivers from the link below onto your MacBook"

There's no mention of Windows anywhere in the documentation I've seen, not sure where you got your quote from.

*EDIT* even the title of this thread hints at MacBooks only.

Ah yes, makes sense. Mine is the Neo C Plus by the way, not sure when it was released, but only the missus laptop has USB C here!
