If you want You have kodi latest version 18.6

Download from here:
https://kodi.tv/download (Select ARMV7A 32BIT) or
use PlayStore and search for Kodi

No, you really only need to configure for your sound system ( if you have one ie AVR spdif/HDMI ) and connections to any network attached storage devices, plenty of info on the kodi wiki >> https://kodi.wiki/view/Main_Page

This may be glaringly obvious to most, but as I've never seen it stated, may I ask ..

Is the version of XBMC linked to on post#1 good for the Neo U9-H and Neo U22-XJ?

My Neo U1 has just bricked and I'm itching to replace it with one of the above.
