NEO Z83-4 supports up to 256GB microSD card.

The Samsung 256GB microSD is tested and confirmed to be fully compatible with NEO Z83-4.

I have a 32 Gb Samsung SD card and my Z83-4 has had difficulty recognizing it for a few days now. I tried to uninstall the generic driver 10.017134.1 of 21/06/2006, and install the one recommended in the forum for this problem, that is 6.3.9600.16408 of 21/06/2006. W10 won't let me do it because it says that the controller is not digitally signed.
Clarify that the SD card is not damaged because it works OK in another PC.
Any solution?
Thank you in advance.

You may try un-install the SD card driver under the "Storage controllers", insert your SD card, right-click "Storage controllers", and click "Scan for hardware changes".
(See attached picture)

Check if the SD card is available.

If not, when you see the SD card driver has a yellow icon on it, try to install the driver.

I've done what it says and I see in "Disk Drives" the "Generic 00000 SD Card". However, when accessing this drive in the File Explorer, it tries to open the content, it shows it for the moment, but then when it opens a directory, it indicates that it is not possible to access this disk, and that it inserts an SD card. Here the mini PC is slowed down and the card has to be removed for everything to work properly. It is a loop with no apparent solution. I repeat that the card works OK in another PC.
Thank you for answering before.

Is there a fix for the SD cards not recognized in the Z83-4 yet? I have followed all the suggestions posted and used the newest drivers in the forum. I have several micro SD cards of various sizes and only one of these reads in my Z83-4. I have two 32G Samsung EVO SD cards. One reads just fine, the other shows a yellow exclamation on the SD Storage Class Controller. They are the same type, were purchased the same day from the same store. I had a Sandisk 128G in the device when it was new that worked well. It seems like the Anniversary Windows 10 update killed the ability to read all but a few SD cards in Z83-4. All the SD cards I have that won't read in the Z83-4 will read just fine in my main Windows 7 pc. Any advice would be appreciated.

No, there is no fix for the Z83-4 not recognizing SD cards. If you get a Z83-4 warranty replacement as a solution, then eventually the replacement Z83-4 will also fail to recognize SD cards as well.

I have disabled Windows updates over a metered internet connection on my warranty replacement Z83-4 and am still using Windows 10 Version 1607 (OS Build 14393.2007). My Z83-4 hasn't recognized any SD cards for more than a year now. I have wasted many hours trying to find the root cause of this problem using software. Finding the cause of the problem requires a hardware SD protocol analyzer - one like the Frontline® SD Protocol Analyzer. This is the kind of equipment that you might expect a PC manufacturer to invest in to debug problems like this.
