Yes but kinda defeats the usefulness of the backlight having to know in the dark where the flymode button is !!Once the device has booted, I've found that using the "fly mode" button to wake the A3 or A3 backlit avoids the issue of sending an otherwise undesired command. Sometimes you may just need to press the fly mode button a second time depending on whether the A3/A3 backlit have entered their respective standby/power saving modes or not.
It would be so much better if the backlight could be activated by a gyro movement....or a light sensor + gyro
