Minix computers with android OS for a kiosk

Hello,
Little bit of background: I am using a minix computer(https://amzn.to/34AkncU) connected to a touch screen kiosk to run an android application at a restaurant. My minix is currently in the mail and will arrive soon. Had some questions tho

My question: I want to test my app each time I implement a feature in the app to make sure it works fine on the kiosk. Is there a simple way to build my app from my laptop onto this minix computer running an android OS? Like I know for phones and tablets, you just connect the laptop and you can use android studio to build an application to the device. Does this work the same for this minix computer running android OS or do i need to publish to the android store every single time I want to test it out??

Oh wtf? Which one minix computer can run an android OS? Like could you recommend me a minix product that would be best suited for my project i.e: something that is fast/has good RAM/can run a recent android OS. Since we would like to use newer android libraries that are only supported by more recent OS's.

Also, isnt it possible to still run android OS on a PC? Like i found this: https://www.android-x86.org/ ?
