When i in the beginning make a account it goes good. Emailadress goes good. And the pasword also. But then when i must make a pincode he stays at just a moment. He goes not on.

How long have you actually waited before quitting, rebooting or shutting the device down when it seems to stall at this "just a moment" prompt? (Just 10 or 15 minutes, or longer ;)?)

(Sometimes (in its infinite wisdom) Windows immediately starts downloading/installing certain default critical updates as soon as you create/login to your new account & the device is live online, (and/or feature updates too in the background which can take even longer to process). These initial updates in some cases have been known to take several hours or even gone on overnight for some users & they get stuck at this initial prompt until the large updates clear themselves!!)

Try leaving the device as it is processing whatever it is that it's attempting to process when you first login with your new account details. Switch to another input/device or busy yourself with something else for a good while & check back again a fair bit later, allow it up to 24 hours too if you can. ;).

After that initial delay (if of course the above is a factor) you'll hopefully be golden from there on out.

There seems to be a problem connecting to Microsoft’s servers during the initial setup at the moment.

The quickest solution is to first use an offline account.

Then, after setting up the offline account you can then log in to your online Microsoft account.
