T5 cannot access my PC over the network

My T5 accesses my PC over the network and has worked flawlessly since I set it up many months ago. Yesterday I had sharing problems between my PC and laptop. This has been resolved but now the T5 is not seeing the PC.

I have setup the access to the PC via the "Enter video source" screen as per the attached pic below but I'm getting error "Couldn't connect to network server". Have I entered this properly?

DESKTOP-J3UD6BD is my PC name. Collating Movies & TV is the shared folder name.

The network is working ok as I can see the shared folder on my laptop via Explorer/Network/DESKTOP-J3UD6BD

The only thing that has changed is the user name and password for my PC. But I saw nowhere on the "Enter video source" screen to enter this. But something rings a bell that I have seen this previously. If so how do I get to it?

@Barcode
you probably need to edit the source in Kodi file manager .
Highlight the source and click the context menu button to get to be able to edit

Thanks for the reply @pusb87 but I've no idea what to do here. What is the source called? And am I editing an xml file?
And what is the Context menu button?

Thanks for your help @pusb87. That link really helped me. It was really frustrating though as it stated in one article to use a drive letter:
"4.1 In the Shared folder section, type in the name of the folder you wish to add. You will be required to add the drive letter eg f/Movies. "
I tried that and also tried it with a ":" as f:/movies but it was only when I left out the drive letter that it worked.
But it's all going now and I'm rapt. Thank you.
