NEO Z83-4: Ubuntu 18.04.01 Build

4.15.0-99-generic.
When I boot on recovery mode, I don't have 4.15.0-60-generic as you worte, I have 4.15.0-99 and 4.15.0-29
 
It looks like you have one of the newer NEO Z84-4 V2 Pro models because your image shows an earlier BIOS version which you will need to upgrade in order to successfully use Linux. I suggest you PM @MINIX - John confirming your device and problem and ask for the 'CHT0C04001.bin' BIOS together with instructions on how to perform the update.
 
Hi! I have the z83. Windows 10 is very very slow (example: loading www.youtube.com almost freezes the OS, I think the cpu is the bottleneck) so I decided to install Ubuntu and it works much better.

I intalled the 18.04.1 LTS linked in this post. Ubuntu asks me if I want to update to last version 21... should I update it? (I'm not sure if everything will work OK in minix z84-4 with last version...)
