Howto Backup? - MINIX NEO Z83-4U

(My idea is: If my wife crashes the system, I will restore the whole system.)

I can't find a howto for this. What should I do? I nead a plan, please help me.

(My background: Linux User, Ubuntu 08.04 .. 18.04 and Ubuntu-Server. dd, tar, gzip2 I can use.)
