Thank´s

The links in the first posts don't work!

Hesitated to use this version as FW008/Android 6 was working without any issues on my U9. However, lately lots of problems with some of the apps. Loaded 7.1.2 during the week and am delighted with it - all problems sorted and box responding better. Seems to me that the apps had got to a stage that they need a newer version of Android. Thanks to the Development Team for the software...

Just flashed U9H-CE-191120-FW001-1574239461 and some of apps not forced to landscape, such as disney hotsatr and pure apk goes portrait.
Any idea since forced landscape menu not found in setting.

Hi all,
I installed this firmware and have a problem: I am not able to set up auto framerate in Kodi. I.e. I activated it in kodi, but the framerate isn't changed to 24fps. As I remember - there was a setting in the launcher3 settings in the original firmware which enables/disables autoframerate. But here I am able to set one of the standard framerates but not the autoframerate.
Can someone help me to make it working?

Looks like system doesn't report a list of available resolutions to Kodi. So Kodi is able to use the 1920x1080p/60 only.
Is there a way to fix this problem?

Try setting the actual device display to 4K2K@60.

The setting you're thinking of in the official 6.0.1 firmware is in the MINIX settings under the playback settings, with HDMI self adaptation, off, level 1, or level 2 available respectively.

I haven't used the CE firmware for some time but if memory serves this setting isn't available in the CE ROM. (Happy to be corrected there, however ;).)

Only the Kodi GUI itself was limited to 1080@60 though & any 4K media would still be displayed at 3840 x 2160 provided I had the actual display resolution for the device set to 4K2K@60. (My current main TV has never experienced any micro stutter with a U9-H (thankfully) so it wasn't an issue for me with everything being output at 60Hz. However, I'm certainly well aware that isn't always the case & understand that some can't go without AFR. (I do use AFR with CoreELEC & a Neo U22, for example.)

The CE ROM unfortunately didn't work particularly well with AVR's either so other than to help beta test & test the final release of the CE FW I discontinued use & remained with the official 6.0.1 FW for my subjective needs.

Is there any particular reason why it's absolutely essential for you to use the 7.1.2 CE ROM?
