Hi there - I use this mini pc in conjunction with a telescope for remote admin but getting my Laptop Win 10 20H2 and this machine to see each other on the network is impossible (Been through all the steps and tutorials). Each time the MiniX tries to update it fails - probably due to the lack of storage. I have plugged in a 64gb memory card and a 5TB portable drive for the astro work and as a temp drive but I cannot get it to use them as a sideload temporary update storage...

Any ideas??

thanks

I have had success in updating to Windows 20H2 - the steps I take are: Install a fresh MiniX Pro Image from the downloads on this site. Immediately following, go to perform all Windows Updates. This will launch you directly to include "Feature update to Windows 10, version 20H2". Be patient. The image update requires about 1/2 hour. You will likely spend about 2 additional hours going though the update stages. (I push to get full updates completed at this stage). Once completed there is about 6 Gb of storage remaining on the internal drive, however after disk cleans (multiple, basic and system cleans, and going to the next step to remove any old versions as well) following this I then have between 11 and 12GB of available storage remaining on a fully updated Windows 10 20H2 version. No need for additional storage devices to make this work. If you try to keep original data, this process is hit and miss and may never get you beyond 5 Gb of storage.
