Hi, brand new unit NEO SG4, factory formatted in NTFS. I just wanted to reformat it to GUID and Mac Extended journaled in disk utility (macOS 11.4) - it froze for 5 minutes and showed error. After that can't see the drive. Unplugged for 3 days, plugged in again - system shows info about disk not initialised - but can't see it in disk utility.
I tried to get support through website but no response for 5 days... what a mess

As Marty says, you should contact support directly. They are usually quick at replying (avg of 1 day). The forum is more for general support (slow and community) and discussion.
