Be aware that when you flash new firmware all data will be lost so make a back of anything important you would not like to lose.

For me it was due to the RAM, too little for the HD 265.Root Swap Partition.
In unroot I set Ram Manager apk and autostart, it worked better then, don't know why?
If it still stutters, reduce the resolution in the youtube video yourself, it gets a little blurred with each step, but could you help?

Take a look at Assistant for android apk.
Older version, has an automatic cache cleaning and autostart apk deactivation function.
System cleaner. My main memory always stays fast. I set the cache to 10min. But it also does this automatically on every standby.
Check out SwapnoRoot apk, everything that speeds up RAM.
