Can the a3 learn commands, I'm currently using it with Ugoos box and while the basic commands work the power and open program buttons don't

Hello moderators - hello everyone!

I have a NEO U22-XJ & a NEO U9-H side by side - both connected to the same TV!
I also have one NEO A3 and i'm waiting to receive an another one by my supplier - so that i will have 2 of them!
In the meantime i've put the dongle only to NEO U22-XJ.
What i notice is that while i power on NEO U22-XJ the NEO U9-H powers on too!!!
Of course then i can only fully navigate on NEO U22-XJ while NEO U9-H remains stable on launcher screen.
Then i have to put the dongle back to NEO U9-H and turn it off!
What am i doing wrong and will the 2 NEO A3's conflict with each TV-BOX?
Does the dongles have special id (?) for each controller or they just use the same id (?) in the same Bluetooth range?
If i change my order and buy the other one instead (the NEO A2) will i have the same problem?
As you can imagine i'am a beginner in Bluetooth technology!
I would like to use U22-XJ and U9-H simultaneously!

Many thanks,
greetings from Greece!

Unfortunately this will happen with all Minix remotes, the power on button uses IR (Infrared) and not the wireless RF, all Minix remotes transmit the same IR code for power on. Sorry for no better news.

Thank you so much for your answer!
So, i need to buy 2 separate airmouses of another constructor (in order to be sure that i will use them without conflicting)!
It is indeed so disappointing!

No!
You can, but you will lose the IR Power ON/OFF functionality of the MINIX remotes.

Even if other remotes have a IR power button, it would need to be the same IR code!

A good idea would be, to be able to wake the device from Sleep with an RF signal. Then you can leave the devices in Sleep Mode and wake them with any button other than the Power button. This would be possible if it is possible to keep a USB port alive during Sleep.
@MINIX - John @MINIX – Martin is this something that could be implemented?

I am curious to know why?
Thank you for your answer!

In the one box i would like to use my "Euroleague TV" basketball subscription. Initially i've used the "Euroleague TV" Google Play app but later on the "Euroleague" somehow negatively changed the app and i went on to use Dolphin browser for a better experience.
In the second box i would like to have the android iptv version of my satellite subscription
- as the satellite provider allows viewing only in 1 device from satellite + 1 from iptv.
That is the main reason - but there are also so many additional options of having 2 tv boxes.

Is there a way for me to find the IR codes needed???
I've searched the internet but it is all so confusing!

P.S.: So, if i'm going to use 2 new different IR remote controls that can turn on the 2 Minix's (by having the needed IR code) i will still have the same power on issue - they will still open simultaneously???????????

You don't need any codes!

Let me try and make it a little clearer...
The Power Button is IR (Infrared) and this code cannot be changed. Also, you have to point the remote directly at the device!
The remotes have their own USB RF Dongle (Not Bluetooth). All buttons except the Power Button are RF.
The RF signals of each different remote do not interfere with each other. You do NOT have to point the remote directly at the device!

For advanced users! ;)
Some/most of the RF Buttons can be remapped to perform other functions.

Yes

If this is possible this would be a good compromise! (y)

I really don't know how to remap RF buttons but as it is my only chance i will have to learn how to do this.
Do you also know if "Cetus Play" (android app) could be used for such a conflict?

Judging by your experience, how far - the tv boxes - should they be from each other so as not to be conflicted?
I'm thinking of buying a way bigger HDMI-cable.

You shouldn't ever need to do this unless a certain button functionality pisses you off!
It has nothing to do with conflict.

What conflict?
In order to turn on only one device while the other - somehow - stays at "sleep" mode... I don't know, i'm just guessing!

I've just tried a solution - consulted by other people from the internet who also had the same problem!
I've used masking tape!
It works!
I've put 3 layers to the left and another 3 layers to the right of the IR led leaving a small hole/aperture for the IR to get transmitted.
It is not visually beautiful but it is what it is...
If i had the appropriate knowledge and if i was familiar with 3d-printing technology i would have liked to try something like this:
!!!
Thanks again for all your help!!!

What does it mean when the wifi icon on my remote flashes 6 times, every time i press any button. It just flashes 6 times then stops.

The Neo A3 doesn't have a "Wifi icon".

On the front face it has an "operating status" LED, & the "microphone status" LED.

The operating status LED often flashes 6 times upon user input. However, sometimes it just flashes back once on input, other times I've counted 5 or 7 LED flashes as well.

I don't think there's any significance to it, it's just reporting the functional status of the Neo A3 itself upon user input as the status LED continues to flash regardless of whether the device with the dongle connected is powered on or completely powered off.
