No Visible Means

Hello, I have a Minix NGC 1 mini pc, which has worked well for several years. In the past week, the bluetooth connectivitiy has completely disappeared. I have tried all the usual fixes, troubleshooters, services, reinstalled original drivers, checked devices panel controls, and even tried reinstalling windows, all to no avail.
Running the troubleshooter brings up a statement to the effect that 'this hardware is not equipped for Bluetooth'. However, it was working fine just last week.
Hoping that someone here might be able to help.
