"Cannot Load Volume /Misc!" error when starting Minix x8-h plus box

Hi, I had a system crash with the error "Cannot Load Volume /Misc!" so attempted to recover my Minix x8-h plus box but nothing worked so I Downloaded the X8H_PLUS_LOLLIPOP_RC2 img file and used the burning tool to put it on the Minix. Showed the process was successful so I reconnected the Minix back up and booted it, now getting error "failed to mount /cache - invalid argument". I then tried to clear the cache and got the first error again "Cannot Load Volume /Misc!". I used the same firmware before to upgrade my Kodi version so I am not sure of the issue. Any help would be awesome.

I also tried using the SD card reader process, keeps showing "upgrading" over and over so I tried powering off when the upgrade got to the end of the progress bar then rebooted without the SD card in the slot and got "failed to mount /cache - invalid argument" again.
Decided to format the SD card again and rerun everything, same results. Thinking the dang thing is bricked for good...... :-(

I have tried everything except launch the Minix on an Estes rocket and no luck! I get "Cannot Load Volume /Misc!" when I format and load the X8H_PLUS_LOLLIPOP_RC2 img or when I try clearing the cache I get "failed to mount /cache - invalid argument". Any thoughts?

Tried all the options and the only thing that seemed like it worked was putting the files on a thumb drive and load from the recovery menu there. Showed "verified update" and "installed successfully". When I rebooted goes back to the recovery menu but not showing any errors. Tried rerunning the SD card from Ext option and get"Failed to mount, no such file or directory. Files are there and was formatted in Fat 32. I tried the first option in the readme and it appeared that the system was reading the SD card but gets caught in a loop, keeps restarting the process over and over.

Hi. Do you have any device connected to the x8h plus ? If you have try disconnect all devices , minix and tv only first and use official firmware

Nothing else connected just the feed to the tv. Like I mentioned the last rime I used a USB and tried installing the firmware that way and it showed it completed successfully but reboots to the Recovery screen every time.

Can you tell me what happened with the stock firmware? This has got me out of a lot of similar situations as yours.

SD card from Ext option and get"Failed to mount, no such file or directory. Files are there and was formatted in Fat 32. I tried the first option in the readme and it appeared that the system was reading the SD card but gets caught in a loop, keeps restarting the process over and over.

Hi . I noticed your post as "... x8h plus... " but this post is for other devices (NEO X8-H, X8 Plus + X8)
. What device do you have ? Is a x8h plus ? For example : x8 plus is a different device . Make sure what hardware do you have and then download the firmare for the device correctly.
