hi，my neo n42c-4 no out，and crt black，how ido？

To eliminate several things that could cause the issue your having can you answer the following questions please. Is there any indication of power on the system board when you power it up, I would expect to see a light if the ethernet port is connected to your router, also the fan would spin, does that happen? If your answer to previous points are YES then my next point of checking would be the HDMI cable and the monitor/TV screen you are connecting it to. If the answer is NO to the first question have you the ability to check the power supply is working?

yes，power working and fan spin. the hdmi
cable is connected to monitor. I Guess Bois is bad. for a long time it not work. the batter is 2v. after I use a new batter, fan spin
 
Disconnect everything from the system board, then remove the battery and leave for 30 minutes ... re-fit battery and and try again. If necessary I would test the HDMI and monitor by running another source through the HDMI, something like a DVD player or my android box, that will eliminate that potential issue. Good luck.

luck gone.battety is ok,hdmi and monitor is ok.but the question is here. I looking for error .
 
Memory is 4GB DDR3L(1.35V) in NEO N42C-4 User Guide,but motherboard boty memory slot mark is STD(1.5V). Who tell me whethe the question it is? I don't try it , for I havn't DDR3L memory,only STD.

N42C-4 support DDR3L, spec sheet is written.

Have you tried testing your device by just using one of your RAM modules, NOT BOTH together?

If one module doesn't seem to work, pull it & try booting the device again using the other module by itself too. (At a very quick glance indeed.... The two RAM modules you've pictured, while similar, do actually appear to be different which can have various system effects including boot issues.)

Does that change the boot behaviour at all or still the same issues as before regardless?

I find NCT5569D，RT5074A，MINI58ZDE，but still can't repair it. Into gpio state pin5=0,why ?
