I have a Minix Neo J50C-8SE, that has a Problem with the HDMI Output as soon as a Programm starts. Also the CPU is at 100% use when the program is started. We have this program at different Computers also with less powerfull processors and they work there without any Problem. Is there maybe an Firmware Update for this Type of Computer?

the program is Easescreen, it's used to present advertisments or live cameras. The Computer is connected with a TV. It ran very well until the TV is switched off. Teamviewer said that the computer always went offline at midnight. After some windows updates wie tried it in our office on a normal Monitor but the Signal get lost as soon the Program is started. So right now it seems that is doesn't work anymore. Maybe also one of the windows updates made the problem now.,

It is recommended to have the latest BIOS version installed: (several factors)
-fan speed fix
-support for win 11

If the problem persists:
-check your current programs installed
I don't use that program (easecreen) but you can try and update the version or replace with another one.
Other note:
You are using the latest windows 11 pro and the latest build available (21H2).
Check your windows settings (power settings, etc).
