Boot from External USB

Hi!

I just bought an NGC-5, I'm attempting to boot from an external USB thumb drive. The goal is to load macOS on the machine (I downloaded Olarila, etc.).

I hit f11, but nothing comes up. I also hit the esc key, but I can't access bios to point the computer to the external thumb drive.

Any ideas?

Keyboard wired or wireless?
