Also which version do you want to use? What is the difference between ATV/AOSP?

It looks like you need 9.6 before you can use an Update Patch.

I've installed 9.6 to find out how it works, but have yet to work it out!? :unsure:
 
I like the Google DNS Server changes, and I like the auto update features too. Hmm...I'm just not sure I'm ready to make the jump yet, though. How did it go @Villa ?
 
Tried 9.6.4. Can't play my 4k HDR files from NAS in Kody, it crashs.
Autoframerate does not seem to work either.
Rolling back to FW008.
My Corelec SDcard stoped working too, had to config it from zero again.

anyone using the Minix A3 remote? I tried using antonio6o6's "sbx_minix_neo_u9h_atv_9_7 Mod 1 fix Remote issue" but i cannot use the Enter button on the Minix A3 keyboard as Enter after I finished typing as an english letter will appear instead of Enter. It's the same with the official slimboxtv 9.7 and also 9.8

Also, my Minix A3 remote has a 3 day battery life. I am using 2x IKEA AAA rechargeable batteries. I tried pairing the remote with the dongle again....and it still has a 3 days battery life.

@gecko: I had the same problem with my A3 remote, so I was removing a battery every time I finished using it :( Eventually, I sold it with my U22-XJ, and still have my two A2 which don't have this issue.

For some reason I was having an issue with the Remote. Every time I was changing the software of pie remote was not working but I took a firmware from
superceleron
Admin&Senior Rom Developer. Took out two files. remote control was working with turn on and off minix u9h
Let me know if I can post the two files that I took out of the firmware that's right remote control is work all the credit will go to that man. for some reason he must did something that is working
