A2 Lite Remote not functioning

Hello,
I have Minix U1 Android with Remote A2 Lite.
Today I see that only Power Button is working, other buttons not functioning.
I tried to re-pairing with the instructions in this forum but nothing changed.
i.e the power button working when the USB receiver plug and also when unplugged

Please help

Maybe you a problem with your usb dongle.

Try use your remote control in another device (or another usb port) for testing your dongle and the keys.

Are you sure you are using the correct usb dongle for the device? Do you have more devices with usb dongle ?
