I purchased this charge today I only have the original USB cables that came Samsung s7 mobile and Samsung s7 plus tablet it only charges at the same slow rate as the original chargers any advise please

I believe your devices only support quick charge 2.0., which is limited to 18W. Your devices aren't going to support faster charges with this GAN charger because of the bottleneck caused by your devices.

In addition to the above, (& it may just be the way you've actually described/worded your situation so disregard if the following just doesn't apply ;).) But FYI.

If your S7 "only charges at the same slow rate as the original chargers" when using the Neo P1.....

...Do you specifically have the fast charging option enabled on your S7 as well & is fast charging actually engaging, even with the original charger? (Your devices will display a specific notification if/when they're actively fast charging. From your description it's possible that you may not have the fast charging option actually enabled if it wasn't apparently working with the factory Samsung charger either, or it may not be functioning for some other reason. (Fast charging is enabled by default on the S7 but it's certainly not uncommon for end users to change such a setting & completely forget later ;).))

Either way, even with the limitations of QC 2.0 vs 3.0 my S7 didn't exactly charge slowly at the times when I did disable the fast charging option to prolong the overall lifespan of the battery :). (I changed to an S10 a while back now but from memory my good old S7 took roughly 120 minutes standard charging speed, vs approx 80 minutes with fast charging enabled which still wasn't too shabby.)

Also check your cabling for damage if they're the (well used) originals & fast charging just isn't engaging as they're often overlooked too. Try/borrow another decent quality cable & see if that changes anything for you. A damaged or poor quality flimsy cable can vastly impact typical charging speeds regardless of a high quality charger like the P1!! If you've also owned your S7 for some considerable time & you're recharging it daily and/or frequently topping up due to heavy use too; your battery could now be well & truly past its best which could also cause affect normal recharging. (Obviously you can Google the details for a (semi-)knackered battery & lookup replacement options.)

As mentioned, disregard if this doesn't apply to you, but the info is still there should someone else find it useful too :).
