4K not available

Hi i have an X8-H Plus but in the configuration option i can't see the 4K mode available like i saw on other minix X8, why ?
Could you help me ?

What configuration options are you referring to?
What firmware version is installed on the NEO X8-H Plus?
 
The last official firmware, in the video output the option 4k os not present as i have seen on some pictures
