64bit windows 10

Can i upgrade or change my minix original windows 10 home 32bit system?
I need 64bit system to run some apps

No. Not as far as I'm aware!

You could possibly use VirtualBox to run a 64 bit OS. Even though the host OS is 32 bit.

if the cpu does support 64bit
can i simply fresh install win10 pro 64bit version via usb?
then i will have a 64bit version of windows insted of the 32bit?
will i loose my preinstalled win10 home license?

Apparently not, it has something to do with the BIOS.
