A3 remote issue

New member
my A3 remote stopped working. I have removed & reinserted the dongle several times & also tried to do a hard reset but I still can’t get it to work. the batteries are fine. what can I do to get it working with the box?

I have sent 2 subsequent emails and did not get a response.

Did you send the email to support @ minix for the attention of Alex?

Or did you send it to his personal work email?
Whenever I send it to his personal work email, I always receive a reply within the hour.

I sent it to his personal email address which he engaged me from & then copied the support team but it’s been over a week with no response.
