AC 5GHz wifi signal issue

Hi guys,
my minix cannot catch the ac 5GHz wifi signal but n signal only.
I have setup the router in ac+n dual mode.
Others devices like Macbook and Asus Win10 pc can catch the ac signal normally.
Is it needed a setup for the minix wifi receiver to catch the ac signal?

I have tried different channels on 5GHz but the minix is still in 2.4GHz mode.
I have tried to turn off the 2.4GHz signal, the minix works with 5GHz. Unfortunately I need all a/c/n signals.

Do you have some tips to solve this problem?
Looking at google, some wifi drivers has the possibility to force the ac mode by device manager.

Hi maybe you change many things in your router and is not working properly . My suggestion is you keep the router default settings (at least in WIFI - password , SSID, channel, security mode, everything in default settings). Try this simple test first. Try with your minix if possible near your router.
If you have more than one router try with your main router and your minix only


PS: If that dont work do a factory reset on your router.
If your router is working properly (i believe you have the original router firmware) you can then do a windows update on your minix (maybe the wifi drivers is not working correctly)

I solved the problem resetting the router.
Now the minix is working in ac mode as you can see from the picture.
