Hello how to ad user ? I ad user acount in settings ad Google user.....but how to make apear thé seconde acount ?on the home screen i have my things (wallpaper,aps .,..) not possible to have for each user différent home screen ? I would add my wife ,sorry for my bad english
 
I don't think this is not possible.
Since Android is not like the way Windows does regarding this feature.
And I have not yet seen an Android user add an extra user to the Android device.
 
As already stated, not a feature on the U9-H.

I have an older Sony Xperia Z2 Tablet tnat has the ability to add multiple user accounts with separate settings, look & features per user. However, it's the ONLY Android device I've ever owned that included multi user logins.

Great tab in its day but very heavily bloated because of such features.
