Ive racked what little brains i have for 2 days now, trying to figure out how to add kodi in es explorers drop down player list, current it only shows MX player, and i prefer Kodi for more vid/audio formats. any help will be appreciated.
This may be because you need to enable SMB1 in windows ( just google it) and also set Kodi to access SMB1I have a U9-H for what ever reason i cannot get Kodi to see my desktop shares with wireless.
Kodi settings > Services >SMB Clienthow do you set kodi to acess SMB1, and i do have desktop set to smb1 i disabled SMB2.0
Not a good idea using UPnP (security reasons, heavy network traffic, etc..).For whatever reason SMB would not work, but thankfully or more like luckily, i got UPnp up running, and all is well in my world again.
Thanks for all replys.
Use the same network to wireless and ethernet: (private network)I have a U9-H for what ever reason i cannot get Kodi to see my desktop shares with wireless.
