Hi All, This is my first post so hopefully its in the right section and apologies if it is not.
Thanks to all that gave my Neo X8-H Plus a new lease of life for now...I think it is Marty.
I am having problems with 2 apps from Norton Security since updating to 5.1.1 they are Norton Secure VPN and Norton Mobile...I can confirm before the update that Norton Mobile was working but I am not sure about the VPN because I never used it. I have downloaded the Apps from Google Play and obviously have a subscription and have Icons from both Apps on the desktop but after ticking the terms and conditions boxes and attempting to click "continue" with the mouse arrow hovering over the box nothing happens, even if I hit the enter button still nothing happens...I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling them and that doesn't help.
I was going to upload a screen pic of the app box but I keep getting that the file is too large although I have resized it...I have hoping someone can confirm if this is an ongoing problem...and I have contacted Norton and they have stated that there is nothing at their end to stop the apps working.
