If you are looking for a good file manager you have :x-plore file manager (available on play store).
I have update from googleplay an app to watch italian TV (Raiplay 3.1)
This however doesn't run in lollipop so I have found the previous version 3.0.17 apk and trying to install them on the box.
Just looking for advice on what is best practice. I am getting security warning and not sure what to trust

It is probably the warning about installing from an Unknown source, you just need to allow it in the system settings.
