App not optimised for device

I'm trying to use ITV Hub for catch up but neither the original remote or the handheld bluetooth keyboard I have will scroll the screen down to access all the programs available. Will a different remote help?
 
some of these apps dont play nice unless you have mouse functionality where you have to swipe up or down ( and left or right deperndant on content)
 
The keypad has a mouse control panel but this doesn't appear to have any scrolling effect either. I can select the menu entries for category but not scroll the list. Very frustrating, maybe an A2 or A3 remote would be more effective?

You sort off have to hold and swipe, amybe not so easy with a keyboard version.

more than likely...i would suggest the A2lite if you dont need any mic/voice control as the A3 has a nasty habit of turning off after a few seconds ( apparently to save battery life, but my A2 lite lasts ages !)
