app not optimized

on my u9h i am running marshmallow fw 008 and on many apps on playstore it tells me this app may not be optimized for your device...anyone know why
example apps are iptv smarters pro another one is iwant ( an abs cbn app from philippines)
 
you can install most android applications because this box contains the full version of android.
You can even install applications that are not offered by google play through an APK installation.
