Hi
I have recently started to use my NEO-X8H-Plus again after several years of inactivity. I have flash it to Lollipop 5.1.1 and also installed Kodi 18.9 - so far so good.

When trying to adjust the audio settings to my system it starts to get messy.
First of all I cannot change the audio output device from Android, audiotrack to HDMI even thou the system settings is set to HDMI - recognized automatically by the OS.
If I choose enable passthrough and enable Dolby Digital (AC3) capable receiver and choose 2.0 channels it can start to work, but i have to enable and disable these settings several times to get it to work. When i st art up KODI again the next time or the dag after i have to keep changing those settings several times in order to whats a movie which kind of kill the spirit of trying to whats a movie.

Can someone pls assist.

Many Thanks

/Fredrik

Which AVR or external audio hardware are you using for a start, (but please try to include additional details)?

I also tested to use Kodi from my laptop (windows 10) and then everything worked as a charm.
So there is clearly some settings I have missed at my Neo X8.

Would be really grateful for any support.
