azerty keyboard on neo t5

I just bought a neo t5. In the setup I was able to select azerty keyboard. It works a treat with the remote control but when I connect a wireless keyboard with usb adaptor it is not recognised as azerty but as qwerty. Am I overlooking some setting? Thanks for helping

Which remote did you purchase fir your T5? (I.e. A2 Lite or A3?)

Have you gone back into the language & input settings to see if they reverted back to the default QWERTY config when you connected a different keyboard & USB dongle?

As a start I used the IR remote shipped with the T5. this was easily configured for AZERTY by changing the language to French. Then I plugged in the small usb receiver that came with the keyboard. In the setting nothing changed, the keyboard displayed on the tv screen is still AZERTY but what is typed on the keyboard is reverted to QWERTY. On my tablet the keyboard is fine.
