Big mistake

Hi everyone, i made a big mistake of restoring to factory setting my neo x7 mini. I just want to remove my account on the unit before i give it to my nephew to be used during this pandemic. Now, it wont boot at all. Is it broken or can it still boot?

Need help here, i am not a computer savvy being a senior citizen at 65 years old.
 
btw, are there filipino members here particularly in quezon city where i can ask for assistance regarding this booting problem of minix neo x7 mini. thanks!

Does the power LED light still glow when you attempt to power on the NEO X7 mini?
