BIOS issue

I am using my Z83-4 in a remote location and need it to reboot whenever power is lost/restored. I have gone into BIOS/Advanced/MINIX Feature configuration/AC Power on/ change to "Always On" F4 save and exit. Works for weeks and then for some reason, it reverts back to "Always Off". I am miles away and cannot reboot computer unless I physically drive there and push power button. Why is this reverting and how can I configure Minix to always be on. BIOS Vendor American Megatrends, Core Version 5.011
 
Thanks for the replies. I will implement them both as the CMOS battery is now about 3 years old and I too believe it may be the culprit after running a few tests. I also like the Wake on WAN to help me out. I appreciate your input. Thanks!
