[BIOS version] vs. [Project version]

Since some users are not crystal clear about the difference between the two I'd like to explain the difference here.

On the Forum, we usually use [BIOS version] to specify a version of BIOS, and this [BIOS version] is referring to the [Project Version] in real BIOS.

So, they are the same thing.

However, when you try to check the BIOS version by running below command in Windows' Command, you'll find a different number.
wmic bios get smbiosbiosversion
This is the BIOS version the BIOS chipset manufacture uses.

MINIX takes [Project Version] as the [BIOS version].
