BL301 injection with the XJ Max?

It's safe but are you experiencing issues with wake-up from suspend/power off with the IR remote, CEC or WOL? That is what this blob is designed to fix (as I am sure you are aware).

No issues with the Minix remote and suspend/power-off.

But with some other remotes I would like to use.

Not sure if the BL301 blob is the fix or it is some other issue with USB power f.e. - just trying out things.

It is safe to try the blob injection, nothing really changes apart from the fix if you were having issues.
