black screen

Hey i have a old neo j50c-4 max and i have not turned it on in a very long time .When i go to turn it on the fan is running fast and the blue light is on but i dont get any signal on screen just black i changed the cmo battery and the ram stick just to make sure those were not the problem but i was wondering if you have any other ideas i can try to fix this problem thanks

Try a power drain by switching off and unplugging the unit, plug back in then power up by pushing and holding the power button for 30 seconds, this might possibly reset the graphics output.

I tried this but nothing happen.also if i hold the power button to shut it off it shuts for a second and turns right back on
