Bluetooth crashes after short time

Hello
Using the minix neo z83-4 II with windows 10 (1709).
Using the apple magic keyboard.
After a short time the keyboard doesn't work anymore. Looking in the device manager, bluetooth only show "device" with exclamation mark.
Turing the minix off an restarting resolves the problem for a short time.
I downloaded the minix windows-drivers and tried to install this bluetooth driver. The system tells me, that the actual driver would be newer than the other. So I couldn't try an exchange of bluetooth-driver.
In time using Win 10 (1607), I didn't had this problem.
What can I do?
(For the moment I have to use another keyboard, a Logitech usb keyboard.)

1. You may uninstall the Bluetooth driver first, and re-install it again.

Please note, Bluetooth driver and Wi-Fi driver are both in the "Z83-4 WiFi driver" folder.

2. Or you may try to manually the firmware, the Bluetooth driver is pre-install in the firmware.

Please define doesn't work.

It won't boot? Green LED on front of the box? Boot loop?

I found and resolved the problems. My ZIP extractor didn't extract all the files, as there was an error with the destination folder. When I fixed it, I found the drivers and updated my computer. All works well again, though I will not install "neo-z83-4-windows-10-home-os-image-1803.4"

Hello,
I have the same issue and I cant solve.
I removed the BT drivers, then installed the .inf file from the wifi folder.
Still BT doesnt work. It gives error code 10
STATUS_DEVICE_POWER_FAILURE

Any hint?

I try to google 'STATUS_DEVICE_POWER_FAILURE' error and I found below thread:

Check if it resolves your issue.

This author says this errors could be the cause of an upgrade of the Windows 10 OS.
So if the above solution does not work for you, you may try to re-install the 1809 firmware that is released early this month.

I'm also getting the same issue and would really like to not have to reinstall

My bluetooth keeps crashing/doesn't work and I can't seem to disable or uninstall it.....the uninstall window just keeps going in a loop....tried restarting the machine several times

Its really disappointing to see so many issues with this device
