Hi all,

I have a Minix Neo X8-H Plus Amlogic S812-H, I was wondering if there was a way to pair a Bluetooth headset so I can watch tv with my headphones on. I have seen a Bluetooth symbol but I can’t find the Bluetooth menu or find out how to pair the headphones to the box.

Can someone please give me a guide on how to do this.

Thank you for looking at my post.

Presuming you are on Android 4, here you have a tutorial on the Settings menu, around 2.10 the explanation is reaching the menu where you can clearly spot the bluetooth separator:

If your box is updated to Android 5 the bluetooth is easier to find. As both settings menus have clear shortcuts to turn it on.

Also:
Each bluetooth headset make , even model, should have its own way to pair, but in general the procedure is simple and you might get some help from reading the particular instructions for your set. In general these are the steps:

1. Turn the headset on and follow your instructions to put it into pairing mode.

2. In the Minix box, turn the bluetooth "on" in the Settings menu. This will cause the box to find the headset which you have to select for pairing.

And here I'm guessing your menus:
3. Once it is done, find the "Audio" menu in Settings and inside it choose "Sound Devices" and in there "Output Devices" and then select the headset.

If it doesnt work, please come back with the Android version of your box and the headset make and model and maybe someone more familiar with the Minix X8-H Plus and/or eventually the headset model, might be able to help. Good Luck!
