bluetooth keyboard and mouse isues

Recently I bougth a logitech keyboard type k380.
It is driving me crazy. Regularly a key keeps hanging. Something like this happenssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss
Windows 10 is my os and I found some windows solutions but nothing works
My bluetooth mouse logitec i172 is also giving me headaches.
Regularly the mouse freezes and then i start clicking like crazy to awake it.
On my audio devices bluetooth works great but with input devices it is total crap.
Anyone a solution? Drivers to install?

Hi.
Try with other windows PC if you have.

Windows 10 should automaticaly install the drivers needed.

If you test with another PC and the problem remains you should consider replace them.

I bought a time ago one wifi keyboard and mouse (with dongle) and gave me problems (faulty), so i decided and i replaced to other brand, and now it is working very well.
