Box turns itself off randomly fix?

Hi, when I’m in an app and I use the back button on the Minix air remote, the box just turns off sometimes, anyone know what’s wrong or know a fix? It also happens when I click on a movie source. (Changed HDMI cable too)

Hi. To be sure your device is working properly you must uninstall untrusted apps.
If that also dont work try a factory reset.
Use a official stable firmware.

@MMB10 before exit with back button press all task killer and see is it helps.If not do as @notrui2 suggested.
