calibration

I have a new Minix U9-h with A3 mouse. Only have ad it 2 days but almost sorry I bought it. The A3 mouse is out of calibration I think. When I point the remote directly at the tv the pointer is almost to the left side of screen. The reach mouse to the right side I have to cock my wrist 45 degrees or more to the right.

I have tried pushing the Fn key then Y, pushing Fn and Y together, cursing, nothing seems to change.

try this

Press and hold the Fn key (LED lights).
Now press and hold the Y key (LED goes Off) and hold until the LED lights again.
Release both keys.
Place face up on a flat surface and wait for the signal LED to flash three or four times.

Hopefully recalibrating will help, if not also try this too.....

Even with a well calibrated A2 Lite/A3, I frequently find that the remotes can sometimes get slightly askew from the on-screen pointer.

If your pointer is out to the left of the screen despite aiming your remote centrally; simply try pushing the pointer to the very left edge of the screen but keep the remote travelling a little further left after the cursor has reached the screen edge. (If that makes sense? ;) ) Hopefully this quick trick will once again realign your remote & pointer. (This issue is omnidirectional. Just push the remote out a little further towards the direction the pointer has become misaligned & it should essentially recenter everything again.)

If this just doesn't help at all, & recalibrating also fails too, then you obviously have something else going on with your new A3.
