Cannot access Neo U1 - See error message below

Anyone has the experience of seeing this screen, after selecting the minix source from your TV? I can't seems to reset it at all. please share your know-how to rectify this problem. Thanks

Are you attempting to select the U1 as an HDMI source or a networked DLNA source (app) looking for shared media?

Thanks for your quick response, and much appreciated.

I was trying to select it as HDMI source from my TV, to access the Android desktop, if you know what I mean.

You're welcome :).

I.e. you're selecting HDMI 1 & your U1 is connected to the HDMI 1 input on your TV?

And, you still repeatedly get this screen?

What steps have you taken to try & clear it so far? (Including the basics of completely turning both your U1 & the TV off at the wall/pulling the power cable.)

When the U1 powers back on are you seeing the usual MINIX splash screen & the metro launcher (or your usual launcher) first, or nothing but this?
