Can't connect both HDMI and Mini Display

HDMI is connected to Pioneer AV receiver; Mini Display is connected with LG TV.

1. When only Mini Display is connected, system works fine.
2. When only HDMI is connected, system works fine.
3. When both Mini Display and HDMI are connected, Windows 10 can't start. HDMI will show 'Minix' boot logo then die, Mini Display will show windows blue screen with error message "Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart". Windows can successfully boot to safe mode when both HDMI and Mini Display connected.

Tried install latest graphic driver from Intel, but can't fix it.

What happens if you directly connect to your HDMI display without connecting via the AVR?

Same thing or do both displays then successfully kick in?
